Pricing & Terms

$4 Per Yard Pumped

A) Hourly Rates:

• Travel Time: $135 per hour (minimum one hour)

• On Site: $185 per hour (minimum three hours)

B) Overtime:

Additional $40 per hour. Overtime hours are applied if job runs more than eight hours, or is outside normal business hours (Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm, Saturday 7am to 11am).

C) Prevailing Wage:

Additional $45 per hours. Prevailing wage rate based on heavy highway work. Hourly rates start when the pump arrives on site an ends when the pump leaves.

Diesel fuel price based on EIQ.gov Midwest region average.

• If fuel price is between $3.25 and $3.75 per gallon, an additional pump rate of $5 per hour will apply.​

• If fuel price is between $3.76 and $4.50 per gallon, an additional pump rate of $10 per hour will apply.​

• If fuel price is between $4.51 and $5.25 per gallon, an additional pump rate of $15 per hour will apply.

The first 50 feet of line pump system is free of charge.

If additional system beyond 50 feet is needed, an hourly rate will apply for delivery and material. This does not include the additional labor charges. Any additional labor for setup and teardown will be billed at $85 per hour.

A) Pumpable Mix & Disposal Area

Customer is responsible for supplying a pumpable mix, and providing a washout and concrete disposal area.

B) Stable & Clear Worksite

Site must be stable enough to support pump outriggers, and be clear of overhead obstructions.

C) Damage to Equipment

Customer is responsible for the cost of any damage to equipment due to negligence, including both parts and labor costs.

Cancellation calls must be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 11am.

• Jobs not canceled 12 hours prior to pour time are subject to a $200 cancellation fee (excluding weather conditions).

• Cancellations done while the pump is en-route to a job are subject to a $300 cancellation fee.

• If the site is not safe to operate on, has no safe access for a pump truck, or not prepared for a pump truck, customer is subject to a $300 cancelation fee.
